Eighty skulls of this prehistoric snake were found in La Buitrera Palaeontological Area of rrn Patagonia in Argentina. Studies conducted on Najash show that y h features more akin to lizards.
Najash also possessed a jaw point. le authors of study, Fernando Garberoglio released a statement which said that y believed that ancestors of modern snake were big-bodied and big-moud animals. He furr ded that study shows that early snakes, in reality, h retained ir hind limbs for a long period of time.
