New Delhi: In latest developments in Sarco suicide pod case, investigators have claimed that y found strangulation marks on rey body of victim.
64-year-old woman from United States died inside a capsule in Merishausen, Switzerland in September after she pushed a button which filled sealed chamber with nitrogen gas and caused fatal hypoxia.

According to a report published in Dutch newspaper de Volkskrant, investigators have investigating chances of woman being killed as chief prosecutor Peter Sticher raised suspicion of "intentional homicide" and suggested to court that elderly woman might have been strangled to death. Moreover, as per forensic doctor, re were serious neck injuries on woman.
medics also stated that woman suffered a skull base osteomyelitis which furr led to an infection of bone marrow.

As per media reports, woman h also been expressing her wish to die for "at least two years" after she suffered a "very serious illness that involves severe pain."
Following death of woman, President of Swiss Sarco operator Last Resort Dr Florian Willet was arrested with several ors over death of woman.

suicide pod's creator, Dr Philip Nitschke, said that she got into device and "almost immediately pressed button" to die.
"It looked exactly as we expected it to look. My guess is that she lost consciousness within two minutes and that she died after five minutes," he told Dutch media.

"We saw sudden, small contractions and movements of muscles in her arms, but she was probably alrey unconscious by n," he ded.
