Syrian regime and Russian air strikes kill 19 civilians including 8 children
The Syrian regime and the Russian airstrikes on December 7, killed 19 civilians which included 8 children which took place in the northwestern region of Idlib

Around 19 civilians including eight children were killed in airstrikes by Syrian regime and Russian forces in country's last major opposition bastion on Saturday. According to Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, airstrikes took place in jihist-run rthwestern region of Idlib. Several people were also injured during attack.

Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that four people were reported de in a vill of Al-Bara located in south of region where Syrian regime conducted airstrikes along with Russia. International media reported that a house collapsed after attack and rescue workers were seen clearing concrete of two-story building and taking bodies of victims on stretcher. In ar attack, nine civilians including three children were found de in a nearby vill of Balyun.

Recently violent clashes erupted between regime forces and armed groups in Idlib province of Syria which claimed at least 96 lives on both sides, said a war monitoring group on December 2. Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) documented death of 51 members of regime forces and at least 45 fighters including 31 of militant groups in past 48 hours as fierce clashes continued in several areas of east Idlib.
