Tamil remake of ‘Pink’ starring Ajith gets bigger, Vidya Balan confirmed for pivotal role

It’s official! Vidya Balan is set to feature in Ajith-starrer Tamil remake of the unanimously lauded ‘Pink’ starring Amitabh Bachchan. Buzz is Vidya agreed immediately on being offered the role due to her equation with Boney.

It’s official! Vidya Balan is set to feature in Ajith-starrer Tamil remake of unanimously lauded ‘Pink’ starring Amitabh Bachchan. 

news was confirmed by producer of movie, Boney Kapoor who told a tabloid that her role is t a guest appearance. He ded that director H Vith has tweaked script, keeping in mind Tamil audiences and that Vidya’s role has been incorporated accordingly into script.

Buzz is Vidya agreed to do role immediately on being offered role due to her equation with Boney. It is t clear yet which role from original she is doing or if it is a fresh character.

About remake, producer also stated that collaboration with Ajith was after latter suggested remaking critically acclaimed movie to his late wife, legendary actress Sridevi, and she h given her d.

Meanwhile, reports state that Malayalam actress Nazriya Nazim is set to step into Taapsee Pannu’s shoes for remake.
