Stringent measures imminent

As per reports, Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-Ocha has stated that emergency will take effect from March 26. move gives government furr powers to implement curfews, censor media, disperse garings and deploy military forces for enforcement. exact measures to be implemented will be released later.

As per reports, Prime Minister recently gave a televised dress wherein he assured country that a lockdown would t be instituted at this st, he claimed that measures were being taken to reduce chance of transmission of disease. He ded that while some measures will require public cooperation, or measures will be orders.

Prime Minister vised people to stay where y are and t to undertake n-essential travel to rural areas where many workers have ir permanent homes and families. He said screening and quarantine measures will be applied to those that do decide to undertake travel and government is preparing isolation centres, field hospitals and ditional medical supplies.

Passengers to require health certificates

Earlier, Thailand anunced that all incoming passengers would require health certificates proving that y haven’t contracted COVID-19 along with insurance, international media reported. This move comes as South Asian nation reported 272 cases of infection and one death as for w.  Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand reportedly anunced that it w requires all air passengers, both Thai and foreign nations from 15 nations to show COVID-19 free health certificates and COVID-19 insurance before boarding ir flights to Thailand.
