Putting humanity in mob-mentality, visuals of protestors in Hong Kong have emerged on Sunday, where thousands of protestors are seen clearing a path for an ambulance to pass through the crowded streets to carry a collapsed protestor to the hospital.

The video shared by an Israeli correspondent Amichai Stein, shows the ambulance enter the area slowly as it is met by a sea of protestors. The video shows the protestors calmly clearing a pathway in synchronization within seconds as the ambulance proceeds. Once the ambulance passes, the protestors are seen to regroup and cheer.

On Sunday, nearly two million people joined the rally and took to the streets to protest against the bill which was being pushed by Hong Kong's chief executive, Carrie Lam to allow extraditions to mainland China to face trial, as per reports.

Sunday's protests were one of a series of protests launched by the public around government offices and the Legislative Council complex, similar the 2014 pro-democracy Umbrella Movement protests chanting “Carrie Lam, step down!” demanding the city's autonomy from mainland China, according to an international news agency.

Six hours after the protest started, the government released a statement apologizing to the public and indefinitely suspending the bill.

“The Chief Executive apologizes to Hong Kong citizens for this, and promises that she will take on criticisms in the most sincere and humble way, striving to improve and serve the general public,” the statement said.

While the controversial bill and the protests continue in Hong Kong, netizens have marvelled at the orderly dispersal of crowds to let the ambulance pass:
