Turkish operation against Syrian Kurds has begun: President Erdogan
Erdogan announced on October 9 that the Turkish Armed Forces along with the Syrian National Army launches the Operation Spring of Peace in northern Syria

President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan anunced on October 9 that Turkish Armed Forces along with Syrian National Army has launched Operation Spring of Peace in rrn Syria in order to clear out “ISIS terrorist organizations”. According to President Erdogan, goal is to eliminate “terrorist corridor”, sourn border of Turkey to re-establish peace and security. Moreover, this military operation after American troops were dislocated from rth-east Syria, will also help in eliminating “threat of terrorism” directed at his country.

'Worst Decision ever'
Few hours before President Erdogan anunced launch of military operation, President of United States, Donald Trump took on Twitter to declare that US involvement in middle-east was “worst decision ever” me in history. Furrmore, going into disputed area has “endless wars” and ”slow and careful” retraction of US troops from Syria has at least ended wars for his country. However, Donald Trump's decision has also been heavily criticised by or US leers as Syrian Kurds h supported America in ir fight against IS militants.

Uncoordinated with US
Reportedly, according to a US official, airstrikes launched in Syria by Turkey are uncoordinated with US military. se attacks are expected to be dangerous for coalition forces along with civilians. Moreover, Turkey has been massing troops for several days during preparation of military operation to attack Kurdish fighters in rastern Syria that Ankara dresses as a terrorist organization. A spokesperson for US-backed and Kurdish-led force in Syria reportedly said that Turkish warplanes have even started targetting civilian areas. Syrian Democratic Forces member, Mustafa Bali has also said that airstrikes have caused a panic among people.
