In a major setback to British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, UK lawmakers in British Parliament have voted 322-306 to delay Brexit. motion was led by MP Oliver Letwin. PM Johnson faced a harsh majority when Parliament voted to postpone decision on Britain's divorce from 28-nation bloc. It again clouds referendum proposed by UK PM to make Brexit happen on October 31. Parliament gared in a rare weekend session to go review new deal Boris Johnson h earlier anunced with EU on October 17, which EU's Juncker h termed as “balanced and fair”.

Furr delay in Brexit
During weekend session in Parliament, UK PM h implored legislators to ratify deal which was decided on October 17 between EU leers and UK during EU summit. Moreover, Boris Johnson h also said that lawmakers should come toger as “democrats” to end this feud which has created uncertainty in country since 2016. However, UK lawmakers voted 322 to 306 crossparty led by an ammendment by Oliver Letwin to delay Brexit.

PM Johnson's deal getting Parliamentary approval was unsure form beginning due to withdrawal of support of Tory party's key ally, Democratic Unionist Party (DUP). deal which Juncker termed as “fair” has t been supported rrn Ireland party who also released an official statement about why members will t be able to support proposals in Parliament.

Jeremy Corbyn has also said that from information which he h received, new deal was worse than what was proposed by former British PM resa May. According to Corbyn, present agreement also puts citizens' rights at risk and, refore, should be rejected. Fleur Anderson, a Labour Party candidate for Parliament, also said that vast majority of Wandsworth residents do t agree with Brexit deal and that many people have started feeling impact.
