David Cameron congratulates Boris Johnson, says it's end of 'Corbynism'

After a landslide victory for the Conservatives in the UK general elections, former Prime Minister David Cameron congratulated Boris Johnson on his re-election.

After a landslide victory for Conservatives in UK general elections, former Prime Minister David Cameron congratulated Boris Johnson on his re-election. Cameron, in a statement, said that “extraordinary and powerful” result marked end of Corbyn, Labour leer, and ‘Corbynism’ saying it is good for country.

“But more importantly, this provides us with a strong and decisive government that can deliver dynamic ecomy and good public services we need,” said Cameron.

“A lot of people put ir trust in Conservatives for first time and we must continue to earn that trust by governing for whole country,” said former PM ding that Johnson has his full support.

Conservative Party, led by Prime Minister Boris Johnson, won 365 seats out 650 which has w set ball rolling for impending Brexit. Conservatives needed to cross halfway mark, i.e. 325 seats, on ir own to ensure Brexit on January 31. huge victory margin is considered as a strong affirmation from people of Britain towards Brexit since Conservatives contested election with a central me of ‘Get Brexit Done’.

After results were anunced, Johnson gave a roaring speech and said that British people left room for ‘ifs and buts’.
