EU warns UK hours before Brexit, says 'no membership means no perks'

Britain will leave EU after in just a few hours on January 31 at 11:00pm (2300 GMT), and EU warns the British government that no membership means no benefits.

Britain will leave European Union after in just a few hours on January 31 at 11:00 pm (2300 GMT), depriving 27-nation-bloc with 15 per cent of its ecomy, its biggest military spender, and world's international financial capital of London. However, on Brexit Day, EU leers have warned British government about cost of leaving union which it h joined in 1973. 

European Commission President warns Britain

President of European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen me a statement in a news conference ahe of Britain's departure where she said that EU's experience has taught leers that 'strength does t lie in splendid isolation but in unique union'. Furrmore, challenges of Europe, as well as opportunities, have t yet changed because of Brexit. European Commission President also said  UK on January 31 that Britain should t expect ' highest quality access to single market'.

EU furr ded that 'without being a member, UK cant retain its benefits'. According to bloc, without free movement of people, re can t be free movement of capital, goods, and services. British flags will also be lowered in Brussels later on Friday while UK Embassy to EU will also lower EU's flag.

However, even though most changes in Britain will t be immediate, it is essential to kw what will exactly differ for UK once it moves out from under EU's umbrella. changes will occur in transition period negotiated between London and Brussels which would reportedly allow both sides to nurture future relationship.

Apart from Britain leaving EU followed by Johnson's optimistic mess, a lot of changes are in store for Britain in ory and in practice. Immediately after leaving bloc, UK will still be following EU law and its courts. However, Britain will lose 73 of its members of parliamentary seats in European parliament, including Brexiteers like Nigel Far.  

Furrmore, in future EU summits, Johnson would require a special invitation to participate in m. Britain will also initiate tre talks with EU but y will only be applicable after transition period gets over on December 31, 2020. Reportedly, travel firms have assured people that thing would change with subject to travels until transition period ends.
