India on Wednesday slammed UK's Labour Party after it passed a resolution calling for international intervention on Kashmir issue. Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Raveesh Kumar described Labour Party's move as an attempt at "pandering to vote-bank interests." re is question of engaging with Labour Party or its representatives on this issue, he said.

MEA on talks over J&K with US
Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) also provided details of talks between PM Modi and US President Donald Trump, on Wednesday, including ir talks regarding contentious Kashmir issue. Clarifying that talks about J&K were restricted to counter-terrorism, MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said that India's position has t changed on matter. MEA said that India rejects any third-party mediation & New Delhi will hold talks with Islamab only when Islamab takes stringent action against terror. Kumar was responding to question asked over third mediation offer by US president in front of Pakistan's PM Imran Khan a day before he met PM Modi.
