King Charles III Stresses Importance of Friendship in First Easter Message After Cancer Diagnosis
The British monarch's pre-recorded message will be played at the Maundy service in Worcester Cathedral on Thursday. Camilla will be performing Charles' duties.

London – In his first public announcement after Princess of Wales Kate Middleton announced her Cancer diagnosis, British Monarch King Charles III will highlight importance of friendship “in a time of need”. proclamation from UK King will come on Thursday while he will be delivering his second Easter dress as a king, Guardian reported. Apart from this, king has recorded his Bible reing and described Maundy money recipients as “wonderful examples of such kindness” in “giving so much of ir lives to service of ors in ir communities”.

It is pertinent to note that re will be a reduced number of members of royal family present at ceremony to avoid health risks associated with large crowd.
