British Prime Minister Boris Johnson stated that he can see a way forward, concluding a deal with European Union in mutual interests before Brexit occurs on scheduled date of October 31. He also warned his cabinet members that re was still a significant amount of work to be done to save a settlement before Brexit.

However, in any eventuality, it is reported that he would need to persue a deeply divided British Parliament to ratify settlement, at House of Commons on October 19.
