British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab responded on Sunday to questions about Russian hackers, Hong Kong extradition arrangements and changes to the UK's methodology in reporting COVID-19 cases.

Speaking to Sophy Ridge on Sky, Raab said he was confident the Russians intelligence agencies were engaged in a cyber attack on the research and development on a coronavirus vaccine in the UK and elsewhere.

"I think it's outrageous and reprehensible that the Russian government is engaged in this activity," he said.

Following a call for a review on the coronavirus data in England, Raab said "you can still rely on the data that we've been publishing in relation to the trend."

The foreign secretary also said extradition arrangements between the UK and Hong Kong were under review, following concerns over the liberty of its citizens over the new security law in Hong Kong.

He said "I will be updating the House (of Commons) on the conclusion of that review, along with other things that we've been looking at tomorrow."
