British Health Secretary Matt Hancock said on Monday that the UK was working with other countries on the issue of vaccine certification.
"There are countries that are actively floating this idea and proposing it and in that case, it will be important for people from the UK to be able to show whether or not they've been vaccinated in order to travel," he told British broadcaster Sky News.

He also said it was too early to tell if the country's falling death rate due to COVID-19 was due to the impact of the vaccination programme, which is now being extended to people over 65 and those with underlying health conditions.
