The 2.6 million Muslims living in Britain are preparing for Eid al Fitr, but restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic have changed the way they are marking the holy event.
Mosques remain closed and people have been urged to celebrate the end of Ramadan at home.
Kefiat Ullah regularly attended Masjid Ayesha Mosque in north London.
The 58-year-old died in hospital after contracting the coronavirus and his family are now looking at how they will mark the important event without him.
His son Areeb said it's devastating not to have his father with him for Eid.
"I would have held his hand, said a prayer over him and leave it at that, but we weren't able to do that," he said.
