Britain's Prince Andrew who has been facing criticism over his relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has yet again been accused of using the N-word during a meeting at Buckingham Palace by a former senior government aide. The recent allegations were reportedly made by Rohan Silva, an advisor to former prime minister David Cameron.

According to international media outlet Silva claims that at a 2012 meeting when he asked Prince Andrew whether the government's Department for International Trade could be doing a better job, the prince reportedly responded, 'Well, If you'll pardon the expression, that really is the n***** in the woodpile'. Silva also said that the Duke of York had used other antiquated language. Back in 2011 the prince reportedly said 'What you have got to remember is that you'll never get anywhere by playing the white man', which Silva claims that is an old-fashioned saying, used during colonial times, meaning that only white people can be trusted to follow the rules, unlike dark-skinned natives.

He claims that he was clueless about the charges against Epstein and nothing had struck him as suspicious when he was around. The royal watchers such as Charlie Proctor, the editor of the Royal Central Website described the interview as ill-judged and excruciating. Prince Andrew denies allegations

Epstein died by apparent suicide back in August while awaiting trial on federal charges that he sexually abused underage girls and ran a sex trafficking ring. Prince Andrew has been criticized over his links to multimillionaire Epstein. The US financier has been accused by Virginia Roberts Giuffre as she alleged that she was forced into sexual encounters with the prince while underage. Back in 2015, Giuffre reportedly alleged that Epstein forced her to perform sex acts with several prominent men, including Prince Andrew in 2001. However, the prince told the interviewer that he had no recollection of ever meeting Giuffre and has denied all the allegations.
