New York: Donald Trump transitioned from a businessman, real estate mogul, and reality TV star to becoming first former U.S. president to be convicted of a felony. Despite surviving two assassination attempts during his 2024 campaign, 78-year-old remains unstoppable, winning a second term with strong support from American voters.
In doing so, he dashed hopes of Democratic Party and millions of Kamala Harris supporters who had aspired to see first woman president in White House.

“I will end illegal immigration crisis by closing our border and finishing wall, most of which I've already built,” Trump told cheering supporters at his party’s national convention, referring to country’s sourn border.
He vowed that if he returned to White House, “inflation will vanish completely".
Trump pledged to end Russia-Ukraine war after Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reached out to congratulate him on his Republican presidential mination.
“I, as your next President of United States, will bring peace to world and end war that has cost so many lives and devastated countless incent families. Both sides will be able to come toger and negotiate a deal that ends violence and paves a path forward to prosperity,” Trump had said.
