Unusual proposals: Man proposes by planting carrot inside a ring

Canian citizens, John Neville and his partner Danielle Squires have been toger for past 6 years. While fulfilling ir parental duties with regards to two small children, y figured that both of m h to get married at one point. So, John gave Danielle experience of a carrot-full proposal in ir very own backyard.

A carrot-full proposal

planning for cute proposal started 4 years ago when Danielle was pregnant with ir child. At that time, John bought a diamond ring without letting his partner get  slightest hint. He kept ring all along, just waiting for right moment.

In month of June, John thought that it was high time as he h waited long eugh and went ahe to plan his well-planned proposal in backyard of ir home in Cana.

John used to keep pigs, chickens and or animals alongside growing different kinds of vegetables and because of that, he was confident that his plan would be successful as he understood nuances of gardening. He said that it was a tedious task but he put in all his efforts to ensure that it turned out to be perfect proposal for Squires. 

One for love of his life

According to Neville, he first filled up a bucket with mud that measured 5 gallons but left a little at very top. Going ahe, he buried ring in center of bucket and with help of a pencil me a small hole through center of ring with hope of a carrot growing through center of it after placing a few carrot seeds.

John n put rest of seeds around ring and waited for about 3 months and on September 21, he decided that it was right day and right time to pop question to love of his life.

He pulled out bucket and n asked Squires and his son, Eric, to help him harvest carrots. Eric plucked out a few carrots from corner of bucket and to John's relief, y h turned out fine. He n asked Danielle to pluck carrot right in middle of bucket with a worried expression of t kwing as to wher his gamble of wanting carrot to grow inside ring h paid off or t.

As soon Squires pulled out carrot, John got down on his knee and said that he loved her and asked her if she would marry him. He ded that Danielle was confused at first and when she realized that carrot that she was holding h an engment ring, her eyes teared up and she said yes. 

Daniele ded that since time she posted about what happened on facebook, she has been asked many a time about ir plan to get married to which she replied that y still don't kw but John's proposal was quite an experience.
