Florida: A Florida woman has been charged with murder after allegedly killing her boyfriend's 9-year-old daughter by using her dog. She has reportedly directed her Rottweiler dog to brutally attack the kid in the house, according to the police officials. The incident took place on June 17, when Tyshael Elise Martin, 34, claimed she found Jamaria Sessions unresponsive at their home as she went to her room to wake her up and prepare for the family vacation in California.

Police, however, grew suspicious when they discovered Jamaria's body covered in severe injuries, including cuts, burns, bruises, and bite marks. Security footage from inside the home revealed Martin's involvement in the murder of her boyfriend's daughter. The video shows Martin not only unleashing the Rottweiler- her dog on the unsuspecting child but also actively encouraging the dog to attack. As the dog viciously mauled the young girl, Martin was seen repeatedly beating her until she was heavily injured and unable to walk. She then dragged her across the floor and kicked her multiple times causing more bruises on her body, according to the police.

CCTV Footage Tells the Truth

Investigators also mentioned that in the CCTV footage, Martin can be heard expressing her intent to kill the child, saying, "I'm fixin' to kill her." Investigators believe this was not the first time Jamaria had been subjected to such abuse. Reports indicate she had previously endured harsh punishments, including being struck with objects and forced into prolonged wall sits.

Police officers who examined the footage described it as the worst case of aggravated child abuse, they had ever witnessed. The news has left Jamaria’s family devastated, as they mourn the loss of their girl.

Martin now faces charges of murder, aggravated child abuse, and child neglect. She has been arrested and remains in jail. The medical examiner ruled Jamaria’s death a homicide, citing blunt force trauma to the head and thermal injury to the foot as the causes.
