12 sets of twins born in a span of one week in Missouri hospital

In just a span of one week, Saint Luke's Hospital in Missouri has welcomed 12 sets of twins. hospital has said that this was largest number of twins that hospital has ever h at one time. A nurse that works in neonatal intensive care unit of hospital told local media outlets that past week has been extremely busy.

Most of babies born prematurely

All of 12 sets of twins were born between five weeks to 14 weeks and were born prematurely. All of children will be sent home from neonatal care unit at different times over coming weeks.
