Mourners wearing masks against coronavirus packed a Houston church a little more than two weeks after Floyd was pinned to pavement by a white Minneapolis police officer who put a knee on his neck for what prosecutors said was 8 minutes and 46 seconds.
Foxx has been vocal about killing of George Floyd and has attended protests in Minnesota. actor, who won an Oscar for his portrayal of legendary singer Ray Charles, is touring country to join peaceful rallies protesting police violence.

After memorial Tuesday, Foxx posed for photos. He also told a reporter that Floyd's death felt different because people "got a chance to see what we've been saying for longest."
He also said he was inspired by everyone coming toger for service.
