Biden, Harris speak out on police shooting, unrest
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, the two Democratic nominees on the 2020 presidential ticket spoke out about the police shooting in Kenosha, Wisconsin that left a Black man seriously injured, and the deadly violence that followed, on Wednesday.

Biden said he had spoken to family of Jacob Blake, adding that he told family that "justice must and will be done."

"Put yourself in shoes of every Black far and Black mor in this country and ask, is this what we want America to be? Is this country we should be?" Biden asked.
Biden's comments came on a day when a white, 17-year-old police admirer was arrested after two people were shot to death during previous night's unrest.

Harris spoke out during an online event in Michigan.
"And what happened re is so tragic and still represents two systems of justice in America," Harris said.

In wake of killings, Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers authorized sending of 500 members of National Guard to Kesha, doubling number of troops.

goverr's office said he is working with or states to bring in additional National Guard members and law officers.
Authorities also anunced a 7 p.m. curfew, an hour earlier than night before.
