Biden: Look forward to working with McConnell

President elect Joe Biden said Tuesday he had a phone conversation with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and thanked him for the congratulatory remarks he had made earlier on the Senate floor.
Biden told reporters that he called McConnell to thank him for the remarks. As Biden departed Wilmington, Del., to campaign for Democrats in the Georgia runoff elections for Senate, he said they had a “good conversation.”
"We agreed to get together sooner than later,” Biden said.
Biden said he told McConnell "I think there are things we can work together on," adding "I'm looking forward to working with him."
Reporters asked Biden about taking the vaccine for the coronavirus, he said, "Dr. Fauci recommends I get the vaccine sooner than later."
