Biden campaign has increased advertising in Ohio lately, even as Trump has scaled back his efforts in state and elsewhere. Biden's perceived increases in support have largely come as president has seen his backing slip in cities.

However, Trump is looking to cancel that out by furr expanding his already strong support among voters in rural areas.
Biden also offered his condolences to Cincinnati baseball legend Joe Morgan, Hall of Fame second baseman who became sparkplug of dominant Cincinnati teams in mid-1970s and prototype for baseball’s artificial turf era, who died Sunday at 77.
