Biden ted in pre-recorded remarks to National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives that Americans have "relied on law enforcement to save our democracy on that day". tably, a pro-Trump mob inved America's legislature on January 6 in aim of stopping Biden's 2020 election victory from being certified.

"We saw what happened.  Capitol Police, DC Metropolitan Police and or law enforcement ncies were attacked and assaulted before our very eyes and for three hours, defeated former President of United States watched it all happen as he sat in comfort of private dining room next to Oval Office, Dripping in blood, surrounded by carn, face-to-face with crazed mob that believed lies of defeated former president, police were heroes that day. Donald Trump lacked cour to act... brave women and men in blue all across this nation should never forget that," Biden said.
