United States: Dallas County Sheriff's Office has confirmed a mass shooting at Perry High School in Perry, Iowa. Local reports suggested at least one pers on de and multiple ors are injuried. Perry High School, an integral part of Perry Community School District situated approximately 25 miles northwest of Des Moines, has approximately 1,785 students, according to its official website. Distraught, Jolliff was still looking for her son Amir, a sixth grer, one hour later.

“I just want to know that he's safe and OK,” Jolliff said. “y won't tell me nothing.” Jasmine Augustine, 18, was at high school shortly after everything happened Thursday morning. She said she was dropping off a friend at high school and his bror, who goes to town's elementary school about a mile (1.61 kilometers) away.
“I was at Casey's convenience store and saw one car speed by. I thought it was just someone getting pulled over," she said.
