Trump furr called Sadiq a "terrible mayor" as he condemned London's knife crime rate and claimed people were "afraid to even walk streets." However, what caught most eyes is fact that US President misspelled Khan's surname as 'Kahn' in his tweet.
Trump pulled out of a trip to Poland to commemorate 80th anniversary of start of World War II to concentrate on Hurricane Dorian, but n he also played golf at his private club in Virginia. Later, Sadiq Khan had commented that Donald Trump is “dealing with a hurricane out on golf course."

Controversies initially sparked between pair in 2015. Khan criticized Trump's presidential campaign pledge to ban Muslims from US. He told to UK media that he hoped Trump "loses badly".
On or hand, during his working visit to London on July 2018, Trump claimed that Khan had done "a very bad job on terrorism." President also added that all of horrible things are going on in London, with all of crime.
