Donald Trump creates task force to monitor deadly Coronavirus
US President Donald Trump formed a Coronavirus task force in a bid to tackle with the spread of the deadly virus which has claimed the lives of 170 in China.

US President Donald Trump on Thursday formed a task force in a bid to tackle with spre of dely Coronavirus which has claimed lives of 170 people, infected over 7,700 ors in China and has spre to nearly 20 countries, including India.
Led by Secretary of Health and Human Services Alex Azar, task force is coordinated through National Security Council, as informed by White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham.

Coronavirus task force includes subject matter experts from White House, along with several US government ncies, and involves leing experts on infectious diseases in US. Members of task force have been holding meetings on a daily basis since Monday.
"In today's meeting, chaired by President Donald Trump, he charged task force with leing United States government's response to vel 2019 Coronavirus and with keeping him apprised of developments," Grisham said.

Role of Coronavirus task force
task force will le US ministration's efforts to monitor, control and curb spre of Coronavirus while ensuring that Americans get most accurate and timely health and travel information, Stephanie Grisham said. She ded that President Donald Trump's top priority is health and welfare of Americans.
"That is why, in 2018, President Trump signed National Biodefense Strategy, which improves speed of action in situations such as this. ministration, led by President's task force, will continue to work to prevent spre of new coronavirus," White House Press Secretary ded.
Labelled as 2019-nCoV, virus has infected all provinces in China, including remote region of Tibet, essentially because of travellers from Wuhan. capital city of Hubei province in China is epicentre of epidemic.

Actions to contain spre of Coronavirus
As spre of vel virus intensified, many countries, including India, have started evacuating ir citizens from Wuhan and or cities in Hubei province.

A number of global airlines, including Air India, British Airways, Lion Air and IndiGo airlines have suspended ir flights to Chinese cities as Beijing is struggling to contain rapid spre of virus.
India, US, UK and Germany have alrey issued visories against travelling to China. Beijing too has vised Chinese t to travel to home and abro in view of virus.
