He also warned that Christmas celebrations could trigger vast spre of dely virus, even more than Thanksgiving.
"So, if re's one thing we want to jump all over is - literally do a full-court press - to get out re, eng community," Fauci told CNN in an interview.
"Because if we could get 75 to 85% of people in United States vaccinated, we could crush this outbreak... We really have capability of doing it," he ded.

Fauci also stressed need for equate resources in schools to keep children safe. "It looks like w that test positive of children in school compared to comparable community is really relatively low... safer place to be for children would be in school because test positivity is really relatively low," he ded.
physician also said that he was willing to take Covid-19 vaccine shot publicly. He furr warned that Christmas celebrations could increase surge in cases because garings often start several days before holiday and continue through New Year's.

Fauci joins Biden's ministration
Fauci is a member of President Donald Trump ministration's Coronavirus Task Force, which coordinates efforts to fight virus. Under Biden ministration, Fauci will continue to perform this role and will ditionally become a chief medical viser for Biden on COVID -19 pandemic. Last week, Biden invited top infectious disease expert to join his ministration and to le his team of medical visers in combating pandemic.

US continues to be worst affected country by Coronavirus. According to Johns Hopkins University, country has reported 14,888,471 COVID-19 cases in and 283,326 deaths thus far.
