Four members of Indian-origin family shot dead at their home in US

The victims have been identified as 44-year-old Chandrasekhar Sunkara, 41-year-old Lavanya Sunkara, and their two children aged 10 and 15

Four Indians, including two boys, have been gunned down at ir home in Des Moines, capital city of Iowa in United States. victims have been identified as 44-year-old Chandrasekhar Sunkara, 41-year-old Lavanya Sunkara, and ir two children d 10 and 15.

deceased Chandrasekhar Sunkara was working at Iowa Department of Public Safety's Techlogy Service Bureau while Lavanya was a software engineer.

According to West Des Moines Police, "Two ults and two children, were staying as guests. When victims were discovered, one of survivors ran outside looking for help. He found someone walking in neighbourhood and that person called 911."

"We are continuing to work through this investigation. We will follow through until we have answered as many questions as evidence allows," said Sergeant Dan We with West Des Moines Police Department. 

police have found multiple gunshots on victim bodies. Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation is processing scene as West Des Moines detectives continue ir investigation. A motive behind killings remains unclear. suspect has been identified.
