Biden opposes Amy Coney Barrett's nomination to SC, cites 'track record of disagreeing'
Democratic Presidential nominee Joe Biden has stated his opposition to Donald Trump’s nominee for the position of Supreme Court Judge Amy Coney Barrett.

Democratic Presidential minee Joe Biden has stated his opposition to Donald Trump’s minee for position of Supreme Court Judge Amy Coney Barrett. 77-year-old senator relaxed a statement on September 27 wherein he urged Congress to postpone any decision on same. American President, on September 26, minated Amy Coney Barrett to take Ruth Ber Ginsburg's seat at US Supreme Court.
"Today, President Trump has minated Judge Amy Coney Barrett as successor to Justice Ginsburg’s seat. She has a written track record of disagreeing with U.S. Supreme Court’s decision upholding Affordable Care Act. She critiqued Chief Justice John Roberts’ majority opinion upholding law in 2012," Biden said in a statement.

Affordable Care Act or ObamaCare is a comprehensive health care reform law enacted in March 2010. Biden also called upon senate to refrain from “acting upon vacancy” until Americans select ir next Congress. “ American people kw Supreme Court decisions affect ir everyday lives. United States Constitution was designed to give voters one chance to have ir voice heard on who serves on Court,“ he asserted.

Barret is favoured by conservatives
Trump on September 26 (local time) minated Amy Coney Barrett to Supreme Court, a move that could shift nation’s highest bench to conservative side. 48-year-old federal appeals court judge is popular among religious conservatives and anti-abortion campaigners. Barret is favoured by conservatives to fill up vacant seat left by Ruth Ber Ginsburg, a liberal icon who is celebrated as a pioneer of women’s rights.

In her acceptance remarks, 48-year-old briefly houred Ginsburg’s memory and talked about friendship latter shared with late Justice Scalia. Calling it a “momentous decision”, Barrett pledged to uphold Supreme Court duties to best of her ability. She also said “I love United States” and that she would serve Americans, t her own circle.
