In ongoing impeachment probe against President of United States Donald Trump, House Investigators have asked for former national security visor John Bolton to testify inquiry which will also be first big vote to remove President. Democratic lawmakers said that y want to hear from Bolton next week on vember 7 who openly criticised controversial phone call between Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky and US leer which is also center of impeachment investigation.
Bolton has specifically sparred over President Trump's personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani for a back-channel operation and has been scheduled to be deposed on Thursday while attorneys of National Security Council, John Eisenberg, and Michael Ellis will appear on vember 4. Earlier Bolton's attorney Charles Cooper h reportedly said that his client will t voluntarily testify in court without a subpoena, as requested by court.

Kupperman's lawsuit
former deputy of Bolton, Charles Kupperman has filed a lawsuit in federal court to ask judge if he can be forced to testify as Kupperman was a close and frequent visor of President Trump. ruling of this case will also determine wher Bolton will testify in court as per court request. Meanwhile, US President along with his Republican allies have said that entire impeachment inquiry is unpersued by House resolution and also is an 'illegitimate sham'. On vember 7, investigators will reportedly also hear from a former top GOP aide on Capitol Hill, Tim Morrison who anunced on October 30 that he will be resigning from office but is still central figure in testimony about US and Ukraine.

Democrats have published a resolution to unveil future procedures involved in impeachment inquiry against President of United States, Donald Trump on October 30. A statement was released by House Intelligence Committee that evidence along with testimonies collected from impeachment inquiry will be me public to 'firsthand' about alleged misuse of power by President Trump.
