'Lacks credibility': Netizens unimpressed after Trump says 'relax' amid coronavirus scare

The internet users were not seen impressed by the comments made by Donald Trump in a news conference at White House where he asked people to 'relax'.

As world battles dely coronavirus outbreak, United States President Donald Trump urged its citizens to “take it easy” and that “it will all pass” in a bid to calm people who are panic buying and leaving aisles at supermarkets empty. While US President me comments on March 16 in a news conference at White House, internet users were t seen impressed by comments. t only did netizens point out “disappointment” of Trump ministration's handling of crisis but some of m also posted ims of empty markets and declining stocks, which do t fall in synergy with Trump's assurance that he has talked to maintain production of goods. 

Trump said, “But you don’t have to buy so much. Take it easy. Just relax. People are going in and y’re buying more. I remember, I guess, during conversation, Doug of Walmart said that y’re buying more than y buy at Christmas.  Relax.  We’re doing great.  It all will pass.”

'Lacks credibility'

While most netizens were left unimpressed by Trump's comments because panic among citizens has been increasing as death toll of country as of March 16 remains at 69 with at least 3,802 confirmed cases. One of Twitter users also said that US President “lacks credibility” while someone else said that supply chain is dismantled.
