Millions of Americans suffering because of Trump's 'incompetence': Biden Campaign
The campaign said that President Trump inherited the longest economic expansion in history from the previous Obama-Biden administration, but has "squandered" it.

Millions of Americans are suffering owing to "negligence and incompetence" of President Donald Trump who h turned his back on middle class well before COVID-19 threat emerged, opposition Biden Campaign has claimed. It said that President Trump inherited longest ecomic expansion in history from previous Obama-Biden ministration, but has "squandered" it.
"Today's anuncement that our ecomy has been in recession for months w is a reminder that well before COVID-19 threat emerged, President Trump h alrey turned his back on middle class," Biden Campaign alleged on Monday.
Claiming that Trump cut taxes for big corporations and richest Americans inste of investing in middle class, Biden Campaign said that president drove manufacturing into a recession across Midwest and systematically stacked deck against working families who were struggling to get ahe.

"And w, even in a recession, President Trump is doubling down on this nda, diverting money meant for small businesses to big corporations and his wealthy dors, and presiding over largest corporate bailout in America with strings attached, and little oversight," it said.

"We should all remember that when he tries to take credit for hard work of American people to get ecomy back on track because he certainly isn't doing anything to help," it said.
In ar statement, Democratic National Committee Chair Tom Perez alleged that after inheriting a strong ecomy from his predecessor Barack Obama, Trump has sent country off rails.

"Trump's top-down ecomic nda was alrey slowing our ecomy, making it more vulnerable to impacts of COVID crisis. n his failure of leership plunged us into a recession, marking end of longest era of ecomic growth on record," he said.
"Despite Trump celebrating country's 13.3 per cent unemployment rate last week, 21 million Americans are unemployed, and one-fifth of American workforce has lost work or given up on trying to find a job," Perez said.
"Over 110,000 Americans have died; many small businesses have shuttered for good; and our nation is gripped by civil unrest that Trump has only exacerbated through violence and vitriol. Make mistake: This will be Donald Trump's legacy. And voters will t forget his failures on Election Day," DNC chair said in a statement.
