Senior rth Korean official Kim Yong Chol in a statement on Sunday says re has been substantial progress in relations despite warm ties between leer Kim Jong Un and President Donald Trump. He says persisting hostility means “re can be exchange of fire at any moment.”

Kim Yong Chol says Trump ministration would be “seriously mistaken” if it igres an end-of-year deline set by Kim Jong Un to propose mutually acceptable terms for a deal to salv nuclear negotiations.
