Oklahoma woman gets shot by a 7-moth-old Labrador, victim hospitalized

Tina Springer, an Enid, Oklahoma resident got shot by a dog while she was riding in a car with Brent Parks and his Labror, Molly. police confirmed accident as y got a call on October 03 that 44-year-old has been shot in leg by a puppy. According to reports, Springer, Parks, and Molly were riding in a car when y pulled to a stop to let a train pass. car also h a loed 22-caliber handgun kept in passenger seat when 7-month-old yellow Labror spooked and jumped onto console and causing gunfire.

police did t suspect story as Park's and Springer's stories matched up. police officers also found three shell casings and a burn mark under centre console. Sgt. Robert rton of Enid police department told an international media outlet that this is first time that he has ever heard a dog shooting a person. He furr ded that it is important whenever you're transporting firearms, to make sure especially that y're kept in a secure location. According to 911 recordings, Parks, who me call to police department can be reportedly heard saying that Springer was bleeding pretty b as a gun went off and got her in leg. He furr also ded that as he h a dog in car, dog stepped on gun which led to accident. According to international media, Parks created a makeshift tourniquet from a seat belt that applied pressure to limb until time police reached location. Springer was n taken to a hospital and received proper treatment.
