As Prime Minister Modi participates in several meetings and engagements during his US visit, India's permanent representative at the United Nations Syed Akbaruddin on Friday released a video clip of Prime Minister's Day 4 (Thursday) at the UNGA. The video shows glimpses of PM Modi and EAM Jaishankar's meeting with world leaders and dignitaries at the UN.
Pictures of PM Modi's bilateral meeting with Iran President Hassan Rouhani and Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades become the highlight of the montage. Along with the Prime Minister, EAM Jaishankar also engaged in talks with Uganda PM Ruhakana Rugunda, and his Japan counterpart Toshimitsu Motegi among others. India participated in the Non-Aligned Movement Ministerial Meeting and Commonwealth Foreign Ministers meeting on the Day 4.

PM Modi will be addressing the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly on Friday. While the session will begin at 9:00 (New York time), PM Modi will address at 10:00 am (NY)- 7:30 IST.

PM Modi meets Iranian President Rouhani
On Thursday, PM Modi and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani held bilateral talks and exchanged views on regional and global developments of mutual interest during their bilateral meeting at the UN. PM Modi met the Iranian President on the sidelines of the high-level 74th Session of the General Assembly where they exchanged views on regional and global developments of mutual interest. During the meeting, Prime Minister reiterated India's support for giving priority to diplomacy, dialogue and confidence-building in the interest of maintaining peace, security and stability in the Gulf region, expressing that it is of vital importance for India.

PM Modi's UNGA Address
The 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) will begin at 9:00 AM ( New York) on September 27. The first to address will be President of Mauritius Paramasivum Pillay Vyapoory. The general debate will be continued by the Vice-President of Indonesia and Prime Minister of Lesotho following which PM Modi will address the General Assembly. Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan is also scheduled to address the gathering after PM Modi's speech.
