Kicking off his jam-packed visit to United States on Saturday, PM Modi met with top energy sector CEOs at a Roundtable meeting in Houston, as shared by MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar. Kumar ded that Prime Minister concluded a fruitful meeting with m discussing matters on working toger for energy security. He ded that meeting focused on expanding mutual investment opportunities between India and US. PM Modi is on a week-long trip to US which will conclude on September 27.

PM Modi's grand arrival in Houston

Earlier on Saturday on, PM Modi arrived in Houston, Texas on his week-long US trip. He tweeted about arriving in US saying 'Howdy Houston'. He was welcomed with a red carpet and greeted by Director, Tre and International Affairs, Christopher Olson and or officials. On his arrival, he tweeted saying, 'Howdy, Houston', expressing his erness about his programmes in United States. He also shared a few pictures of his grand welcome.

PM Modi's US Trip has two main events - 'Howdy, Modi' and UN General Assembly. On September 22, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will embark on a visit to United States of America. In his six-day long visit, Prime Minister is scheduled to dress United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). Houston-based Texas India Forum will host a community summit in hour of PM Modi at NRG Stium on September 22. NRG stium is one of America's largest professional football stiums and is home to Houston Texans franchise. Texas India Forum, a t-for-profit organisation, confirmed that y expect 50,000 people to attend mega event billed as "Howdy, Modi!". Well-kwn Indian community leer in Houston Jugal Malani who is convener of "Howdy, Modi!" organising committee said: "We are excited to hold this summit at rewned NRG stium. This will be largest ever garing of Indian Americans and friends of India, with a diverse representation from region and across country."
