Protesters marched from site of a partially collapsed hotel on edge of French Quarter to City Hall in New Orleans on Friday, demanding that remains of two victims are recovered from rubble. Hard Rock Hotel was under construction when it partially collapsed on 12 October last year, killing three workers and injuring dozens.

tarp has since been replaced but incident sparked cries for greater accountability.A week after hotel partially collapsed, officials used controlled demolitions to bring down two cranes that h been leaning precariously over building's wreck.

But coming up with a plan to demolish rest of building, which is situated on a central commercial corridor, has been more problematic. current plan is to bring building down in a controlled implosion sometime in mid-March.

Implosion h been considered, n rejected in weeks after collapse. But earlier this month officials said implosion plan was back on as it was deemed safer than having workers dismantle structure.
