Sit-in protester urges Black voters to back Trump
A Black man who participated in a sit-in at the Woolworth lunch counter in 1960 in Greensboro, North Carolina spoke on night three of the Republican convention Wednesday and urged Americans to support President Donald Trump.

A Black man who participated in a sit-in at the Woolworth lunch counter in 1960 in Greensboro, North Carolina spoke on night three of the Republican convention Wednesday and urged Americans to support President Donald Trump.
Clarence Henderson, a civil rights activist from the 1960s, used his remarks to discuss peaceful protests and the president's record of trying to help Black Americans.

"Donald Trump is not a politician, he's a leader," Henderson said. "Politicians are a dime a dozen, leaders are priceless."
"His policies show his heart," Henderson said. "He has done more for black Americans in four years than Joe Biden has done in 50.”
