Ticonderoga class guided missile cruiser, USS Shiloh departs Yokosuka, Japan
On 5th September 23, USS Shiloh departed from Yokosuka, Japan. Shiloh arrived at the station at Yokosuka Naval Base in August 2006.

Ticonderoga class-guided missile destroyer USS Shiloh (CG 67) departed Yokosuka, Japan. It departed on September 5, 23. It will transit into its new homeport of Pearl Harbour, Hawaii. It is part of planned rotation of forces in Pacific.
USS Shiloh is a Ticonderoga class guided missile destroyer of US Navy, in remembrance of Battle of Shiloh during American Civil War. She was built at Bath Iron Works in Bath, Maine. With her guided missiles and rapid-fire cannons, she is capable of facing and defeating threats in air, under sea or ashore and also carries two Seahawk LAMPS multi-purpose helicopters, mainly for Anti Submarine Warfare (ASW).

About USS Shiloh depart from Yokosuka, Japan
On 5th September 23, USS Shiloh departed from Yokosuka, Japan. Shiloh arrived at station at Yokosuka Naval Base in August 2006. It was to fulfil obligations of US-Japanese ballistic missiles defence programme. It is also for supporting operations within US 7th fleet area of operations.

Shiloh’s contributions were significant, reinforcing valuable connections over shared visions for a free and open Indo-Pacific.

He continued by saying on behalf of crew that it's s to be leaving this place soon. He also said that USS Shiloh me a difference during her time deployed to Yokosuka and y are proud of it. He said that on behalf of crew he wants to offer his deep gratitude to people of Japan and ir community of friendship over years and it will never be forgotten.
US 7th Fleet exercises operational control of its units through designed task forces or task groups. se groups are organized along domain and functional lines. Shiloh is assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF), 70, atre strike warfare commander and atre air and missile defence commander.
CTF70 is forward deployed to US 7th Fleet area of operations in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific. US 7th Fleet is largest forward deployed fleet in world and with help of and network of alliances and partners from 35 or nations. US Navy has operated in Indo-Pacific region for more than 70 years to provide credible and rey forces to preserve peace and avoid any conflicts.
