President Donald Trump and Democratic presidential minee Joe Biden sparred over health care - and honesty - during first presidential debate.

During a back and forth over future of Affordable Care Act, or "Obamacare," Biden said "Everybody kws he's a liar," referring to Trump.

Trump shot back that Biden is " liar."  He also said Biden would be beholden to Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders and or "socialists" in Democratic party.

Biden ted that he won Democratic mination partly by arguing against single-payer health care that many of his rivals sought. former vice president has inste proposed expanding Affordable Care Act to provide a public option that people could buy into.

Trump responded that Democrats still want to abolish private health insurance and suggested party would force Biden to do its bidding.

“My party is me,” Biden replied. “Right w, I’m Democratic Party.”
