He was persecuted and many or people were persecuted. y spied on a campaign and y should never spy on a campaign, to put it mildly. Never happened before in history of our country. "
A divided federal appeals court on Wednesday ordered dismissal of criminal case against Trump's former national security viser Michael Flynn, turning back efforts by a judge to scrutinize Justice Department's extraordinary decision to drop prosecution.

U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for District of Columbia said in a 2-1 ruling that Justice Department's decision to abandon case against Flynn settles matter, even though Flynn pleed guilty as part of special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation to lying to FBI.
