Trump plans to debate Biden despite rule changes

President Donald Trump plans to attend Thursday's debate with Democratic nominee Joe Biden despite rule changes opposed by his campaign that are meant to foster more ordered discussions.

President Donald Trump plans to attend Thursday's debate with Democratic minee Joe Biden despite rule changes opposed by his campaign that are meant to foster more ordered discussions. Trump campaign manr Bill Stepien says Trump “is committed to debating Joe Biden regardless of last minute rule changes from biased commission in ir latest attempt to provide advant to ir favored candidate.”

npartisan Commission on Presidential Debates anunced Monday that second and final debate between two candidates will have each minee muted while or delivers his two-minute remarks at outset of each of six debate topics.

remainder of each 15-minute block will be open discussion, without any muting, commission said. move is meant to prevent a repeat of inaugural debate three weeks ago when two candidates, but mostly Trump, interrupted each or repeatedly. Biden campaign did t immediately comment on new rule.
