President Donald Trump joked about not paying the people who set up his Monday evening rally on the eve of the election in Kenosha, Wisconsin after an audio problem caused him to have to change microphones multiple times."That means we don't have to pay for the microphones because they did a bad job," Trump said.

"I don't like to pay bills when people do a bad job," he said, but added: "They look like nice people. They come from Kenosha. So I'm going to pay the bill anyway, what the hell."
