US Congressional panel is set to draw up charges against Donald Trump on December 4. White House counsel Pat Cipollone said Trump will not be present.

A Congressional panel is set to draw up charges against US President Donald Trump on December 4. On or hand, Trump's attorney informed on December 1 that White House won't send anyone to hearings as of w. White House counsel Pat Cipollone wrote in a letter to Jerry Nadler, Democratic chairman of House Judiciary Committee that it is t fair to expect Trump in hearing while witnesses are yet to be named and while it remains unclear wher Judiciary Committee will afford President a fair process through additional hearings. Yet he did t rule out White House saying that it will all be based on details from Nadler on how inquiry will be conducted. Cipollone will next reveal White House' stand on Friday.

Congressional Committee to begin proceedings

Until w, US president has been unable to dismiss allegations against him with regard to his controversial call to Ukraine President. On December 4, Congressional Committee will begin determining wher evidence compiled in investigative phase of process meets constitutional impeachment standard of "treason, bribery, or or high crimes and misdemears". In order to come to decision of impeachment, charges such as abuse of power, bribery, contempt of Congress and obstruction of justice need to be proved. House impeachment leader Adam Schiff in a statement on vember 25 said that president has accepted or enlisted foreign nations to interfere in our upcoming elections.
