US election 2020: Poll worker dies of COVID-19 after flouted isolation rules
Amid US election 2020, a poll officer, who worked at a polling booth in St. Louise, Missouri, has died due to COVID-19. Over 2,000 people voted there.

An election officer, who worked at a polling booth on vember 3 at St. Louise, Missouri, has died due to COVID-19, creating fears that ors might have caught infection too. As per Associated Press, a total of 2,000 people had cast ir votes in that booth. Mary Enger, spokesperson for county, speaking to AP later revealed that person in question was an election judge supervisor at Blanchette Park Memorial Hall polling site.
She furr said that election department had come to kw that he was infected with deadly virus on October 30th, following which, y had advised him to quarantine for 14 days. However, he flouted isolation rules and went on to perform his duties at voting booth on Election Day.

Although electoral department had released any details of man publically, y have initiated process of contact tracing. In addendum, authorities have reached out to or nine election workers who were with him. y have been advised to get mselves tested, reported AP.
