US Navy suspends flight training for Saudi students after Florida shooting
US Navy has ceased all operations and training of the Saudi Arabia military officers in the United States until further notice in the wake of Florida shooting.

Pentagon imposes restrictions
Pentagon has furr ordered an inquiry in examination procedures for international students who apply for training on US military installations. Pentagon said that procedure needs to be more strict and tough that will strengn overall deployment of airforce officers. decision will impact on 300 Saudi Arabian students who have engd in military aviation program. y will be kept grounded until furr tice. David rquist, deputy defense secretary signed memo and asked for completion of review of betting procedure within ten days.

In wake of shooting incident, United States also imposed flight restrictions on students which can only be lifted under recommendation of senior officials. re are a total of 850 students who have been enrolled in US military program according to Pentagon. officials have confirmed that most of students will face some or or kind of flight restrictions.

Florida shooting which took place on December 6 in a classroom at Naval Air Station Pensacola killed three people. According to FBI investigation, shooter was a Saudi student enrolled in aviation training at Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis . shooter was identified as Lieutenant Mohammed Saeed Alshamrani, 21, who started open shooting before he was encountered by deputy sheriff. shooting questioned functioning of US military and its relationship with Saudi Arabia. relationship was put to question due to on-going war in Yemen and later death of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi on October 2, 2018.
