Donald Trump's foot in the mouth moment over Kashmir fetched the President of the US flak by netizens after he stated that Kashmir was a 'religious' issue.

After Donald Trump exhibited his preposterous kwledge on Kashmir issue by citing 'religion' to be cause of conflict between India- Pakistan rar than a territorial issue, for "hundreds and hundreds" of years, netizens took on US President for his foot in mouth moment.

In a statement that lacked historical facts over Jammu and Kashmir, Donald Trump claimed that Prime Ministers of both nations, Modi and Imran Khan.

In a statement that reeked of igrance towards historic issue of Jammu and Kashmir, Donald Trump claimed that hes of both countries, PM Modi and Pak PM Imran Khan were caught in skirmish due to 'religion' in Kashmir valley.

Donald Trump h said, "We have been having se talks for hundreds of years, even under a different name, but this is about Kashmir and Kashmir is a very complicated place. We have Hindus and Muslims, and I wouldn't say y get along so great and that's what you have right w. You have millions of people that want to be ruled by ors, maybe on both sides and you have two countries that haven't gotten along for a long time and frankly its a very explosive situation. I spoke to Prime Minister Khan and I spoke with Prime Minister Modi. y are both friends of mine, y are great people. y both love ir countries and y're in a very tough situation." 

"Kashmir is a very tough situation. This has been going on for deces, shooting, I don't mean shooting, like with a rifle, I mean, major shooting of like heavy arms. But as you kw, I get along with both of m. Prime Minister Khan was here recently, and I'm going to be with Prime Minister Modi over weekend in France. re are tremendous problems between both countries and I would do best I can, to meditate, or do something. I share a great relationship with both of m, but y are t exactly friends at this moment, its complicated situation. A lot too has to do with religion, religion is a complicated subject," Trump ded.

On August 5, PM Modi led government abrogated Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir that provided special status to state, and bifurcated state into two union territories of- Jammu & Kashmir and Lakh. 

Soon after diplomatic relations between two nuclear nations furr degred as Pakistan expelled India's High Commissioner, both sides curbed Samjhauta Express train, and Pakistan engd in peddling fake news to irk peace in Kashmir valley.
